The Place

Monte das Mós is an establishment totally dedicated to horses, mainly to the Lusitano; the horse traditionally used in Portugal.  More than just breeding Lusitano horses, we are specialists in the training and practice of the Portuguese traditional style of riding in its variety of disciplines:  Portuguese traditional equitation, working equitation and bullfighting.
Our main goal is to breed  and train horses able to meet the needs and demands of these disciplines.
